Lithe Transformation is looking for an Agile Coach with a mindset that is both agile and entrepreneurial. Were a boutique agile business transformation consultancy thats ramping up its operations, and actively looking to hire the right people to take us forward. The initial project will be with a major financial institution, so any experience with banking, financial services/fintech or insurance is highly advantageous. This engagement will be onsite in Chennai or Gurguram, and long-term (although many of Lithes projects are hybrid or fully remote - there is no such thing as a Lithe office!).

We require at least 4 years experience as a pure-play Agile Coach, and ideally experience as a Scrum Master prior to that, since the role will include both team-level coaching, and facilitating daily Scrum ceremonies. Please note that the maximum total package for this position is 25L, and unfortunately there is no flexibility on this.
