Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and learning and development. The assistant manager will also collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and learning and development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
