Job description
ï'· Inside Sales, conversion of potential lead and Customer Service
ï'· Overseeing and assessing inside sales staff activities and providing them with regular
performance improvement-related feedback
ï'· Handling a team of 20+ members
ï'· Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
basis
ï'· Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of inside sales team
ï'· Provides coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development; directs
and oversees the training of new representatives
ï'· Create and share reports to the Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis.
ï'· Plan the month/week as per the target and roster the staff accordingly
