About The Role

BlackRock is currently seeking a Software Team Manager, who is passionate about creating intuitive, high-quality software that is efficient to use, visually appealing, and inspires end user delight. The ideal candidate will take great pride in seeing their vision come to life in the hands of a user, be curious, and enjoy working with people that make brave decisions and love to learn new things.

You will be a senior member of a software development team embedded within Global Investment Operations (GIO), developing business-process focused technology solutions to scale its best-in-class operating platform. You will work closely with business users to develop solutions that combine technology, data, and domain expertise to drive exception-based, function-agnostic, service-orientated workflows across GIO's functional areas: Trading & Market Documentation, Transaction Management, Collateral Management, Payments, Corporate Actions, Cash & Asset Operations, and Securities Lending Operations.

Our hybrid work model
