Job description
Overview:
The CloverDX Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the design development and implementation of data integration solutions using CloverDX. They are responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective data integration solutions. The CloverDX Lead also contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance data integration capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing developing and implementing data integration solutions using CloverDX
- Analyze and understand business requirements to design efficient and scalable data integration workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify integration requirements
- Manage the endtoend execution of data integration projects ensuring ontime and highquality delivery
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data integration processes
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in CloverDX and data integration best practices
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies related to data integration
- Document design specifications deployment processes and standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data integration standards and best practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies
- Provide support and troubleshooting for data integration solutions in production
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Assist in creating and maintaining data models and data dictionaries
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 4 13 years of experience in data integration and ETL processes
- 5 years in CloverDX or Clover ETL
- Strong knowledge in creating customer components that can be used across multiple CloverDX jobs
- Experience with Core Java
- Git or Mercurial experience
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols and API integration
- Knowledge of JSON XML CSV and other file formats
- Highly preferred experience but not required: Good understanding of clustering and other high availability & scalability designs for the application tier Good knowledge of CloverDX installation and DevOpsrelated tasks is a plus.
- Proven expertise in CloverDX with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
- Experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Understanding of data governance and security principles
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of data integration workflows
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data integration and ETL
- Capability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Certifications in CloverDX or relevant data integration technologies (preferred)
- Experience with cloudbased data integration solutions (nicetohave)
