The Role: We are actively seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing high-performing talent. In this role, you will lead and implement recruitment strategies for positions across APAC, North America, and other global regions. Responsibilities: · Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. · Design and execute hiring strategies to engage and attract top talent. · Identify and sources candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and referrals. · Execute the end-to-end recruitment process including screening and hiring, in collaboration with hiring managers. · Coordinate all aspects of the interview process and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. · Make continuous improvements to the recruiting strategy to minimize the time-to-fill metric and increase candidate success metrics. · Provide an exceptional candidate experience, including timely feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: · A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience · Proven experience in recruiting within software or edtech industry · Mandatory experience with LinkedIn Recruiting · Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others. · Strong customer service and negotiation skills. · Global recruiting experience and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
