What Are We Looking For EDBA is looking for a
Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving its growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion.
Roles And Responsibilities - Lead Generation:
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create detailed sales plans, including target accounts, sales tactics, and timelines.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to expand our market reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on sales performance and market trends.
- Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:
- Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.

Proven track record of at least 2 years in the B2B sales and business development within the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and technology trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Job type – Full time employment
Job location – Virar / Mumbai / India
Work schedule – Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Minimum qualification – Graduate
Year of experience – 3 to 6 Years.
