Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team and help us attract top talent to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Update Job Descriptions: Craft and refine comprehensive job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms and resources to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Resume Screening: Review and evaluate incoming resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Job Advertising: Strategically advertise job openings across diverse channels, including our careers page, social media, job boards, and internal networks.
- Candidate Evaluation: Provide hiring managers with shortlists of well-qualified candidates.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, manage compensation inquiries, and address candidate queries regarding benefits.
- HR Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze key HR metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire for continuous improvement.
- Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Collaboration and Planning: Work closely with managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Onboarding Support: Act as a consultant to new hires, aiding in their onboarding process.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Design and update job descriptions.
