Job description
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth of card and Personal Loans products through Direct
Selling Process. Ensure Targets derived from annual business plan is achieved through the sales channel for
Dubai Region.
Ensuring proper customer services standards, operational risk control and adherence to all internal rules and
regulations are maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTPUT EXPECTED
Be informed about the importance of the Brands we represent and how to represent it in attitude,
appearance, and behavior
Ensure all rules, regulations and compliance standards are adhered as per company norms
Reinforce values through daily interactions with internal Team members.
Be updated on Product, Policy, Documentation, compliance, competition offerings etc. Training
programs ongoing basis.
This role owner has to ensure that the required target numbers are met using the sales direct selling
skills.
Maintain a low-risk rating by the business.
Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level.
Ensure high sales productivity levels are maintained in Dubai.
This role is responsible to visit the market & cover up clients all over the assigned region.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Knowledge and up to date awareness of the industry and market environment across UAE.
Strong Sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of banks policies.
Excellent knowledge of all bank's products.
Strong understanding of process.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Account relation and retention skills
KEY STAKEHOLDERS – INTERNAL & EXTERNAL
Internal – Sales Manager, Cluster head, P&C, Admin, IT & Finance
External – Customers
SALARY - AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 as per experience.
