Handling & expanding Channel Network.
Meeting Business Associates, discussing business expansion, new opportunities & challenges, providing solution. Responsible for primary & secondary sales. Regular visit with Architects, Interior designer, corporate clients etc. Make new Fabricator, Carpenter, Contractors Turnkey Contractor on board. Product specification in tender and local projects. Analyzing competitor & making suitable Sales Strategy. Training & motivating Dealer Sales Associates. Responsible for Branding & Promotion activity. Responsible for Sales Target of Channels. Preparing MIS reports.
