ob Description:
Preparation of FAI (FIRST AIRTCLE INSPECTION) • Ensuring the delivery of Quality product to customer in all aspects • Good knowledge of GD& T • Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools • Exposure to ISO & QS management systems • On hand experience of handling Measuring equipments like Trimos, CMM, Height master, Vision inspection system. • Incoming raw material Inspection and monitor and review quarterly data based on suppliers reports. • Prepare Quality planning documents for inspection activities. • Audit QC process done by the Production team. • Monitor the performance of the Critical parameters Improve AQL • Final audit inspection, process inspection and documents and records. • Provide Monthly inspection data and quality assurance reports to senior management. • Measuring equipments. periodic Calibration • Trouble shooting & NC Handling • ISO audit & another internal audit
Preferred candidate profile
Skills- Good command over English Language Software Knowledge: Quality Tools/CMM Operations preferred
