Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Marketing Specialist located in Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, developing marketing strategies, creating and conducting sales training, and managing sales teams. The Specialist will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and making recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and Service management
• Experience in creating and conducting sales training
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the management consulting industry is a plus
