Job Description
Preferred, Candidates with minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in production unit/factory.
The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities within the organization by managing the team & ensuring efficient workflow, and coordinating tasks to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities may include:
1. TEAM MANAGEMENT.
Supervising and leading a team, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure team members meet performance goals.
2. WORKFLOW COORDINATION.
Coordinating daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization to optimize efficiency.
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE.
Monitoring and ensuring the quality of products or services through regular checks and adherence to established standards.
4. PROBLEM RESOLUTION.
Addressing operational issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve overall processes.
5. PERFORMANCE MONITORING.
Tracking team and individual performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.
6. COMPLIANCE.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain legal and ethical standards.
7. COMMUNICATION.
Facilitating effective communication within the team and with other departments to promote a collaborative and informed work environment.
8. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT.
Identifying training needs, conducting training sessions, and fostering professional development among team members.
9. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
Managing resources such as equipment, materials, and personnel to meet operational demands.
10. REPORTING.
Generating reports on key performance indicators, operational trends, and other relevant data to support decision-making.
