Job description

We are looking for a Senior Manager Sales who can take charge of our sales team and who is enthusiastic about working in a fastpaced high growth company. This role would be part of the B2C sales function for ensuring target enrolments are achieved for our courses (India/International business). Reporting directly to management the role would expect driving new customer acquisition and motivating sales teams to perform beyond targets. Work experience with Edtech is required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. New Customer Acquisition
  2. Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  3. Direct manage and coach sales counselors in the team and generate revenue through direct sales and telesales
  4. Delivering targeted top line as per the business plan by meeting sales targets.
  1. Developing and implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various products to achieve targeted sales.
  2. Understand the student s requirement and pass on the insights towards the product improvement based on the student interaction / feedback.
  1. Managing team of 30 sales personnel
  2. Training on calls/sales pitch/objection handling
  3. Setting team targets and ensuring they are achieved
  4. Ideating for crossselling and upselling
  5. Strategizing and planning incentive structures based on targets monthly
  6. Recruitment and selection of new team members interviews and hiring
  1. Continuous monitoring of team members basis performance metrics
  2. Reporting the overall performance of the team on different parameters like weekly/biweekly revenue per salesperson average revenue per sales person etc.
  3. Regular audits to be conducted in LeadSquared (LS) to ensure proper lead utilization by team members.

Experience and Qualifications:

Expected deliverables/KPIs:

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
