Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
Setting SOPs for all processes and conducting regular audit to check compliance
Ensure that SOP are aligned with business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market and in a sustained manner
Ensure customer delight on product quality. Implement continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that problems are prevented and that customer requirements are met and any problems resolved effectively and economically
Work to prevent non-conformances, customer complaints, concession and rework alongside Manufacturing and Operations to develop corrective and preventative actions within required time-frame Effective monitoring of every department on quality aspect
Effectively handling Quality Control inspections
Monitoring all Quality Control documents and Quality Management System audit. Develop the Quality Management System, updating procedures and train team members where required.
Monitor and oversee the function of entire QA/QC operations for all product verticals
Report on Quality activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
10 years of work experience into Quality Assurance Quality Control
B.Tech preferably with post qualification .
Strong in ISO audit standards and experience in International audit standards
