What you'll be doing: - Manage all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of India.
- Preparing and monitoring financial reporting.
- Managing India finance teams (bookkeepers and salary processors)
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Preparing annual audits for the India company.
- Preparing India statutory tax reports, overseas tax, and tax filings.
- Interface with outside audit firms.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements:
- CPA experience from a large accounting firm (Big 4) - MUST
- 3+ years' experience in a global start-up company -MUST
- Previous experience with NetSuite - MUST
- Previous experience with SFDC and NS-SFDC integration - MUST
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills - MUST
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience in US-GAAP
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Highly accountable person
- Ability to prioritize and complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
- Experience in various financial system implementation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
