Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students seeking admission in colleges and universities in India and abroad. The Counselor will also assist students with their applications, provide counseling services, and conduct sales activities to promote the programs offered by Admission India.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Sales skills
• Education background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the college and university admission processes
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Education or Business Administration
