Job Title : Sr Sales engineer/ Territory sales engineer / AreaManager

Industry : Construction & Mining

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales personal to join our team in the Construction. As a salesperson you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

 Identify and target potential clients in the construction and mining industry.

 Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Proactively seek out new business opportunities and customer leads.

 Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

 Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's product portfolio/offering.

 Provide expert knowledge to clients on product specifications and benefits.

 Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in drilling technology.

Technical Expertise:

 Assess client needs and recommend appropriate drilling solutions based on project requirements.

 Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the sales process.

 Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions when needed.

Sales Presentations:

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

 Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of company's product portfolio/offering

 Address client inquiries and objections effectively.

Quoting and Proposals:

 Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients.

 Negotiate terms and conditions to secure sales agreements.

Reporting:

 Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.

 Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

 Proven experience of 5 year & above in sales, preferably in the construction and mining industry.

 Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willingness to travel as needed.

 A valid driver's license.
