Job Title : Sr Sales engineer/ Territory sales engineer / AreaManager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales personal to join our team in the Construction. As a salesperson you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction and mining industry.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and customer leads.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's product portfolio/offering.
Provide expert knowledge to clients on product specifications and benefits.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in drilling technology.
Technical Expertise:
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate drilling solutions based on project requirements.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the sales process.
Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions when needed.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of company's product portfolio/offering
Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
Quoting and Proposals:
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure sales agreements.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
Provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience of 5 year & above in sales, preferably in the construction and mining industry.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
A valid driver's license.
