Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in Surat. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities and providing customized solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will also provide after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of diamond and jewelry industry trends, products and pricing
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
