Job description
Digital 1st Lead/ Sr. Configurator Must have: • Digital 1st certificate • 3-4 years of hands-on experience on Digital 1st platform working on UI, Rules, Object modelling, Flows, APIs, Integration • Good experience working with REST based services • Hands-on experience working with HTML, CSS, JScript • Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOP, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design Application design tools frameworks, e.g. Spring, Maven, Eclipse, etc. • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English • Ability to lead and manage a team of configurators Good to have : • Good understanding of insurance industry concepts, processes and regulations • Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment • Experience in working with customer directly will be a plus
