Job description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to the sales process. They assist with order management, customer inquiries, sales promotions, and sales reporting. The main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth flow of information between the sales team and customers, processing sales orders, maintaining sales records, and providing general administrative support.
Day To Day Tasks - Assist with order processing and management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up with customers on order status.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Support sales team with sales promotions and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Generate sales quotes and proposals.
