Job description
Throwcode is seeking a skilled and driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta ads, Google ads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta ads, Google ads to drive traffic, conversions, lead generation and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve performance targets.
- Perform A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize tracking and analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure campaign strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in the performance marketing landscape.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in performance marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives within set cost constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on Meta ads, Google ads.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, driving measurable results and achieving performance targets.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Proficiency in utilizing performance marketing platforms, such as Meta ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and report on campaign performance.
- A/B testing experience and knowledge of best practices for ad creative optimization and landing page optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
