Job description

Role : Customer Support Executive

Experience : Fresher - 3 Years of Experience

Salary : As per your current CTC

Work timings : 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location : Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600014

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Key Skills

  • Strong Telephone & Email Etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills (Both English & Hindi)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
