Role : Customer Support Executive
Experience : Fresher - 3 Years of Experience Salary : As per your current CTC Work timings : 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Friday) Location : Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600014 Roles And Responsibilities - Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Key Skills - Strong Telephone & Email Etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills (Both English & Hindi)
