Our clients a leading Indian Group with 5000 Indians working in their various group companies is seeking to hire for its Real Estate division .
Position : Quantity Surveyor - Real Estate
Location : Lubumbashi DRC ( Congo Africa )
Salary : Max 2000 USD per month

Preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities, Analysis for variation items w.r.t. materials, labour and Machinery services where required.
• Visits a site to gather information that will be used to produce the project estimate
• Scrutiny of measurements of Contractor & Sub Contractor bills before payments.
• Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate and submit it to client for payment release.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and equipment vendors to keep track of current pricing and to negotiate better rates.
• Preparation of Pre-Contract Items
Keep monitoring Daily / weekly / Monthly Progress Report and updating it with M.S. Project
• Performs any other duties as required related to works assigned by the management.
