Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our business growth initiatives, with a particular focus on digital marketing and enhancing our presence in the IT sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our overall sales strategy. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital marketing sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to expand our market reach. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our brand and services. Understand customer needs and work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored software solutions that meet their business objectives. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Do lead generation, reach out, follow up, nurture and close potential leads. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to advise on potential business opportunities and challenges. Do market research effectively and discover new opportunities worldwide. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the IT or digital marketing sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and IT industry trends is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
