We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join us as a Manager in our Hyderabad/Bengaluru-based Global Recruitment Operations group, which is a part of the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across geographies to play an active role in supporting the firm's recruitment efforts.

What You'll Do Day-to-day

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing people, processes, and day-to-day operations that drive global recruiting strategies. You will serve as an advisor to the stakeholder and support them in driving the long-term vision, forecasting capacity utilization, facilitating a smooth transition, and implementing innovative solutions to solve operational problems. Additionally, you will lead the operational team, demonstrate high proficiency in operations procedures, be accountable

for change management, be proactive in communication, and define performance metrics for processes and individuals. You will ensure effective and efficient working relationships between the team members, maintain a high level of morale and productivity, provide direction, mentoring, and coaching, implement training and development plans and succession planning, and overall have effective people, process, and technology management.

Who We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience
• The candidate should have a graduate or masters degree from a well-known college with at least 6-9 years of relevant work experience in an HR
• The ideal candidate should be process-oriented and have an analytical approach with an affinity for data and MS Excel
• Candidate should have exceptional communication skills and good attention to detail
• The candidate should have expertise in project, transition, and workflow management. Their skills should include overseeing complete project cycles, facilitating seamless phase transitions, and devising efficient workflow strategies while collaborating with stakeholders across different locations
• Candidate should be comfortable travelling across our Hyderabad/Gurugram/Bengaluru offices
• The candidate should have a demonstrated level of comfort working in a dynamic environment
