Job Description

The selected consultant will be required to support for

Project monitoring of Commercial/ Passenger Vehicle Projects for VATS.

Working as SPoC between VATS and Non VATS team members to ensure proper and timely information, data exchange between teams.

Liaising with CE & CoC to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives with VATS teams.

Monitoring and timely completion o f various group activities which finally help to meet the Engineering Sign Off(ESO) target dates.

Timely completion of Platform Vehicle builds & Timely completion of Engineering Sign off

Ensure the project cost/spending not exceeding sanctioned budget limits

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Create and maintain comprehensive project document ation, plans and reports& Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)

Retrieve necessary information, Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders

Measure and report on project performance & Analyze risks and opportunities Preferred Skills & Knowledge

In depth knowledge of Commercial Vehicle builds

Good understanding of PLM

Experience on MIS & Project Management Tools.

Experience on MS Office tools, MS Projects.
