Role And Responsibilities: As a Telecaller at SIEC, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services. Your ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers over the phone will directly impact the company's sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain services. - Answer incoming calls and provide information. - Understand requirements. - Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's services. - Handle inquiries and resolve any issues professionally. - Update and maintain customer databases. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships. - Keep detailed records of calls and activities. - Coordinate with the team. - Provide feedback and suggestions. - Adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in international education counseling or related roles. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of admission processes for various international colleges and universities.
