6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: HSC, Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts.
