Roles And Responsibilities - Provide guidance and counseling to students who are interested in studying abroad
- Assist students in understanding the visa application process, including the required documents and procedures
- Help students prepare the necessary paperwork and ensure that all documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with educational institutions and visa authorities to obtain necessary information and updates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest visa regulations and requirements for different countries
- Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate students about studying abroad and visa processes
- Assist students in preparing for English language proficiency tests, such as IELTS
- Provide support and guidance to students during the visa application process, including interview preparation
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions and visa applications
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing for students
