- Collaborate with prospects clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform. Provide estimations for proposed solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, developers, business analysts, and project managers to transform business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions
- Guide technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences and negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with clients, partners and other internal stakeholders.
- Accountable for the successful technical implementation of projects across a variety of technical solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience with designing and implementing mid- and enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
- Experience as a consultant or technical lead inspiring software development teams and working with partners. You understand the role and impact of technical solutions and know how to explain this well
- Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods and leading software development teams in an agile/lean/continuous delivery environment
- Excellent commercial and communicative skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering on time
- Useful questioning techniques and practical interpretation skills that can be demonstrated
- Experience in documenting, estimating, and presenting technical solutions for mid and large enterprises digital transformation projects across multiple industries - healthcare, higher education, non-profits, government, etc
- Enjoy both analytical and hands-on work to solve problems
- Understanding and knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Enterprise Integrations.
Good To Have
- While not mandatory, your possession of Salesforce certifications like Certified Technical Lead / Consultant, Application Architect, and System Architect would be a plus.
- Prior experience writing long-form content on engineering and architectural practices, solution proposals, and standards for Salesforce landscape through content: blogs, webinars, case studies, etc
- Experience contributing to the professional community as a speaker, author, or online contributor
