You would have experience of operations through organizing events or taking on leadership roles during college and pursued extra-curricular activities/courses more often. So, if you have an inquisitive mindset, and a keen interest in operations, we want to hear from you. Roles and Responsibilities - Opportunity to interact/work with customers and colleagues from different geographies (Singapore, Middle East, UK, US and India) - Work on communication with business partners like distributors/OEMs, customers, etc. - Opportunity to learn fundamentals of Business Operations & Customer engagement Skills and Education • Bachelor's in Business, Engineering or related fields (only candidates who graduated in 2021 or later can apply) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within established deadlines Employment Details: • Full-time position based out of our Chennai office • Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week • Training period ranging from 6 to 9 months • Stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month during the training program • Upon successful completion, eligible for absorption as a permanent employee, subject to selection criteria and recruitment process.
