Ensure project manager development and continued successful performance
Leads the development of eCommerce projects and programs
Manage geographically distributed teams, offshore development teams and third-party vendors (for example, software vendors, hardware vendors, photo vendors, content providers)
Manage multiple highly complex projects (for example, system integrations) or a large complex Global eCommerce program
What youll bring:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6-10 years experience in project management, cyber-security, or related field
Proven track record of leading top priority programs with a high level of complexity
History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to contribute to high level architectural discussions and drive complex problems to closure
5+ years of full life-cycle program/project experience managing large scale programs that span across Project Management, Engineering/QA, UX, Business, Marketing, and Third Party partners.
Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
3+ year s software development experience with building and launching consumer software for web, mobile or desktop.
Demonstrate creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and proactive can-do attitude.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Knowledge of large scale Technical Program Management in Product organization.
Experience in Security domain and Development lifecycle
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, project mgmt. tools, etc.
Ability to work in a team as well as own and drive initiatives independently
Flexible approach to tasks that may change daily.
Expertise to translate technical jargon into business familiar language.
