Job description
Your Impact:
You will be a member of a Global Business Service Center team of procurement systems support specialists. Your duties will be principally related to ensuring an appropriate level of quality in providing end-user support. The objective of our Tier 1 Procurement Systems Support Specialist position is to support all end-users of the Oracle R12 procurement suite, SAP Ariba, Smart Materials and other procurement systems. Functionality specific to each application is to be supported as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following applications including Smart Materials, Ariba or Oracle Purchasing (or similar purchasing application) and basic functional knowledge of Supply Management processes
- Support complex troubleshooting requirements from members of the procurement organization.
- Work incoming support requests according to the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support the operation and evolution of the Procurement applications - participate in testing and implementation of new versions, upgrades, etc.
- Participate in system meetings, workshops and presentations.
- Manage and assign access rights to users.
- Participate in system implementations on projects.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of user documentation, guidelines, and on-line help files.
- Assist with configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting of system functionality and interfaces.
- Provide proactive and timely input, suggestions, and feedback on process and system issues assist in development and implementation of processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with the procurement organization and personnel regarding training.
- Meet requisitioning and receiving support requirements from global employees.
- Coordinate the delivery of support services with other internal help desks.
- Support as required Supply Management Systems Product Owners.
- Participate in user acceptance testing activities as required for supply management systems.
- Support other legacy purchasing systems as required.
- Work effectively with an integrated support team located in multiple countries.
- Have and gain functional knowledge and understanding of the effect of purchasing data in downstream solutions such as project accounting, accounts payable and analytical reporting.
- Possess superior problem-solving skills.

- Immediate joiner is preferred
- Good communication is required.
- Pls note this role is on contract basis for 15 months.
- Candidate should be okay to work in 2nd shift
