At FinBox you will be redesigning the banking rails for the world as we are committed to building the next-gen embedded finance infrastructure that helps enterprises launch FinTech offerings in hours. Join our team in this B2B2C role to transform how companies deliver credit (personal loans, BNPL, etc.) through personalized and instantaneous experiences to customers. The engine behind this transformation is FinBox's low-code tool and an API platform that empowers companies to quickly release new world-class products to their customers in months instead of years. ## How You'll Contribute • Take end-to-end ownership of all finance-related aspects, including bookkeeping, reporting, and banking reconciliations • Generation of monthly e-invoices for customers • Payment to vendors on regular basis • Payroll processing • Ensure periodic book closures, prepare, consolidate, and present financials • Oversee end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory ** Who You Are **• Hands-on with Reconciling balance sheet accounts • Managing MIS and sharing details to Management on regular basis • Provide support on all elements of cash management, including cash controlling, investor reports, and ad-hoc analyses • Develop accounting and reporting processes and controls • Coordinate with external consultants, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other stakeholders • Handle Internal and Statutory Audits with Big4 firms • Secretarial Matters in respect of Share allotment and filing relevant forms with MCA • Vendor reconciliation and settling of vendor payments as per the agreed timeline • Treasury and working capital requirements of the company • Timely closure of Tax Audit and GST Audit • Knowledge of Tally is must • Qualification – CA with 1-3 years of experience Other things to know: Collaborate, Take Ownership, Innovate and Improve are our core mantras.Job tags
