. Good Analytical skills.
. Making sure the supporting documents are cross verified for accurate completion of proof files of current year issue.
. Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.
. Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.
. Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.
. Meeting the highest performance matrix level.
. Good English Communication skills (Written preferably)
. Excel knowledge.

. Willing to work in Night Shift.

Salary: Monthly CTC: 14,000 - 17,000, Annual CTC: ₹ 1.5 L- 2.25 L
