Your role
- Research write and edit highquality point of view articles and medical content for platforms including blog posts articles website content and social media.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements trends and industry news.
- Adapt writing style to suit different audiences from healthcare professionals to the general public.
- Ensure content adheres to Varas tone style and branding guidelines.
Your profile
Requirements:
- Meaningful editorial experience as medical content writer in healthcare preferably for both brands and publishers preference for publishers with a strong SEO strategy.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex medical information into clear accessible content.
- Strong creative conversational writing style.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including medical professionals and marketing teams.
- Proficient in using medical databases reference materials and reliable sources.
Nice to have:
- Certification in Medical Writing or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating visuals to complement written content.
- Active participation in professional medical writing associations or communities.
- Previous experience in creating content for diverse audiences including patients caregivers and healthcare professionals.
