Job Profile :

• Assisting the director of the Company in day to day official work.
• Maintain his appointment details.
• Maintain calendar of all appointments.
• Travel arrangements including Train Tickets booking, Hotel booking.
• Email drafting when director inform for some particular work.
• Preparing some documents as per director’s requirement

Candidate’s Profile

• Good Communication skills.
• Very good Drafting skill.
• Smart and Responsible.
• Experience in handling PA or EA profile.
