Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to meet sales targets. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kick-start their career in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales software/tools
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities and generate leads
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Sound knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to articulate ideas and information clearly, both written and oral
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, cold calling, and networking
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
