Job Title: Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) Engineer with a proven track record of expertise across technologies such as Teams, Phones, and devices, including but not limited to MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms), Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams, and possess the ability to convert customer problem statements into innovative IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
Utilize extensive experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies, including Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).
Design and implement call routes and voice plans for Teams voice.
Onboard devices on MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Develop automation solutions leveraging Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting to address customer problem statements.
Act as a subject matter expert in Unified Communications, providing guidance and expertise to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of UC&C solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in UC&C to recommend and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UC&C Engineer with expertise in Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).
Solid understanding of Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams.
Demonstrated ability to convert customer problem statements into effective IT solutions.
Experience in developing automation solutions using Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting.
Hands-on experience in implementing call routes and voice plans for Teams voice.
Familiarity with MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, and their integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in Unified Communications or related fields are a plus.
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
