Position Overview :

Lead of Payroll Exit Management Benefits and Analytics will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing payroll & exit processing benefits administration and analytics while actively coordinating with the finance & audit team for board / accounting and Audit related. The role holder will be also responsible for process improvement initiatives. This position requires a strategic leader with a keen understanding of financial aspects compliance and the ability to leverage HRMS for process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Exit Management:

Oversee endtoend payroll & exit processes in coordination with the internal team finance department ensuring accuracy compliance and timeliness.

Collaborate with the finance team to align payroll activities with financial reporting requirements for boardrelated matters.

Manage payroll staff providing leadership guidance and training.

Stay updated on relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Benefits Administration:

Design implement and administer employee benefits programs in coordination with finance for budget considerations.

Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits offerings based on financial considerations and employee needs.

Analytics and Reporting:

Develop and implement data analytics strategies working closely with the finance team for financial analytics.

Provide insights into compensation trends workforce analytics and key performance indicators.

Create and present regular reports to senior management and the finance team to support datadriven decisionmaking.

Preparing recurring and adhoc reports as needed by senior management finance and human resources.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations in collaboration with the finance and legal teams.

Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance issues.

Mitigate risks associated with payroll and benefits processes through proactive measures.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with payroll service providers benefits vendors and other relevant third parties.

Collaborate with the finance team to negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring costeffectiveness and quality of services.

Coordination with Finance:

Work closely with the finance team for boardrelated matters providing necessary payroll and benefits information for financial reporting.

Collaborate on financial provisions related to payroll benefits and compensation planning.

Ensure seamless coordination for budgeting and forecasting processes.

Process Improvement and Automation:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within payroll and benefits administration.

Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to implement enhancements and automation using HRMS.

Drive efficiency and accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in human resources Finance Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CPP CEBS) is a plus.

Proven experience in payroll management benefits administration and data analytics with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Indepth knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations compliance and reporting requirements.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Proficient in relevant software and systems including payroll and HRIS platforms

Work Experience

812 years of experience in handling similar profile

Industries / Companies

Preferably from BFSI industry
