Role Description

This is a full-time Career Counselor role that involves providing career counseling, career development, and career management services to students. The role is a hybrid one located in Varanasi, with some work from home potential. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with students and provide advice on education and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Stream Selection in 11th and College Entrance Counselling
• Experience in providing student counseling services
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with students
• Ability to understand and interpret educational and career information
• Certification in career counseling or related field is a plus
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
