Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any Discipline.
Experience: 8+ yrs

Shift Time: 12:30pm - 9:30PM

At least 8 years professional experience.
Experience in managing people or leading teams
Strong knowledge and experience in SAP FI/CO functional domain, production support and a solid overview of SAP FI/CO standard processes and customizing options required.
Expertise in Finance domain, Financial Closing activities and Insurance Accounting knowledge desired.
Analytical Thinking and Numeracy: Ability to identify patterns and root causes in complex (e.g. ambiguous, from various sources) data and processes to rapidly distill key issues and provide insight in various situations.
Assure continuous delivery of the closing related tasks and services within the agreed timeframe.
Proven business analyst skills in Finance domain.
Proven experience in defining and executing KPI s.
Project Management capabilities / experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with senior leadership.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Stakeholder Management.
Customer Facing skills
IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge.
Conflict management skills.
