Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Java Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Participate in software architecture and design discussions.
Implement unit tests and automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate).
Experience with web application development using Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, JSF, Struts).
Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
