Role: Customer Support Executive

Salary: up to 3.60 LPA + Incentive

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and providing support to students. Your primary duties will include answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various inquiries from students and other department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling inbound and outbound phone calls from students.

· Providing information about courses, admission procedures, and financial aid opportunities.

· Assisting students with their inquiries and concerns and resolving issues.

· Maintaining detailed records of each interaction in the system software.

· Collaborating with various departments to ensure students receive the support they need.

Requirements & Skills:

· Prior experience in a similar role.

· Strong collaborative and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of current industry trends and job market conditions.

· Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to handle high workload and meet deadlines.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

· Competence in working with large data sets.

· Ability to interact with external clients.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to work night shifts.
