• Outbound calling and managing partners and agents for sales of our products.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Knowledge & Capabilities:
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. (English and Hindi)
• Preferable experience in Voice Process / Tele Sales / Customer Support
• Willing to work in rotational shift & work from office only -
• Ability to quickly absorb a brands Identity Guidelines and put theM into practice
• Strong coMMunication skills Insurance Experience / Knowledge will be preferred
