Do you want to be part of Adobe For Education in India team, defining the future of next gen products in the hands of students and educators At Adobe, we're on a mission to provide millions of students in India access to Adobe Express to foster digital creativity skills and train teachers to have an impact on learning outcome.

We are looking for a senior experienced leader for South India region to drive programs for proliferation and active use of Adobe Express . You'll work with cross-functional teams to understand product deployment, value proposition, messaging and drive growth through monitoring active use and adoption backed by data. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in education technology, managing school leaders, partners and manage a virtual teams to drive results.

Understanding of Indiau2019s education and skills landscape along with knowledge of National Education Policy u00A0is desirable for this role.

What you'll Do

• Lead the Digital led strategy and regional success plan to report adoption and active use of Adobe Express in South India region.
• Optimize budgets and resources.
• Deep understanding on Adobe products and usage of Adobe Express for skills and learning outcome of students in K-12.
• Drive advocacy and messaging of Adobe for Education in India for implementation of large scale projects in schools (Government and Private Schools)
• Create and own end to end implementation plan with defined success metrics and OKRs
• Expand the network of education partners to drive scaleu00A0
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics on adoption and overall project performance reports. u00A0
• Develop and measure critical operating plan metrics to ladder up to quarterly goals.

• Creatively present and execute projects by bringing in innovative ideas and out of box thinking for driving adoption.

What Skills you need to succeed

• 10+ years of relevant experience in education and technology u00A0
• Strong in developing strategy and managing operations.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to partner with stakeholders from various parts of the business ecosystem.
• Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of features of Adobe Express and Gen AI capabilities
