About Position:
We are looking for Experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in front office operations, particularly in electronic trading platforms and fixed income products. Candidate will be responsible for enhancing electronic trading capabilities and ensuring seamless integration with various exchanges. Role: Business Analyst Location: Pune Experience: 11+ Years Job Type: Full Time What You'll Do: Analyze and optimize front office electronic trading systems, focusing on fixed income products. Engage with various stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. Work closely with trading desks to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Liaise with various exchanges and vendors to ensure compliance and efficient integration. Provide training and support to users of the electronic trading platform. Perform data analysis and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. This role requires a deep understanding of the fixed income market and its associated technologies. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role within a financial services environment. Direct experience with electronic trading platforms and a strong understanding of fixed income products. Proven track record of working effectively in a front office environment. Familiarity with various exchanges and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
