Group Product Manager - Vistara+ (Stamlo)

Qualification & Experience : The Successful Applicant MBA-Marketing from Business School with 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing/sales roles Open to candidates from non-MBA background, but must have 8-10 years of marketing experience in Pharma business.


Anyone who meets the above requirements and is interested to create market for DRL mega brands in rural (below 50k population town - Vistara+) and less explored geographies of Indian Pharma market (population town 50k - 2lac - Synergy )

Key Responsibilities:

. Marketing Strategy & Planning : Contribute to the development of marketing plans, ensure effective implementation of marketing plans for own products

. Business Planning: Track brand/ market performance of product, analyse issues and action plan development and including travel (min 5 days/month) , promotion, advertising, etc.

. Market (Market Conditions, Customers, Competitors) Analysis: Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, therapy adoption etc. relevant to own products in-country in order to analyse impact of market conditions

. Marketing Operations : Lead execution of marketing plans for own products/ portfolio, coordinate with internal functions and external service providers, monitor on ground execution of programs/ conferences/ events/ promotions etc.

. Marketing Communications : Support development of key marketing communications around own portfolio through seeking field sales team inputs , work closely with mother division marketing team, agencies and media to develop right messaging and its deliver tracking the effectiveness of the communication (Brand track) to drive differentiation for own portfolio

. Sales Enablement: Understand and align activities to objectives, map development needs & periodically conduct training for the sales teams (product/ positioning/ therapy/ clinical messaging etc.) ensure dissemination of the marketing collateral to sales teams, provide guidance on product queries, support as required.
