Team Leader_Ecommerce
Designation: Team Leader_Ecommerce (MALE Candidates only)
Qualification: Min 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience into Ecommerce
Shifts: 7pm -4 am shifts (Night Shift)
Joining Date: Immediate joining preferred

• Ability to observe, analyze and give constructive feedback
• Extremely good oral & written communications skills
• Process orientation & structured thinking
• Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Excellent Communication skills
• Should have strong leadership quality
• Should have minimum 2 Years' experience into online marketing
• Should be able to handle on-line marketplace
• Should have handled 20+ people in a team.
• Data Collection and analysis
• Coaching and Feedback
• Analysis and MIS/Reporting
• Ability to achieve stretch targets & take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult situations.
• Handle customer contacts regularly to stay up to date with the product and be available to
provide support
• Handle escalations for the team
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent Excel Knowledge
• Ready to work in Night shift
